In December 2014 a strategic planning committee was assemble to assess the overall vision and assess the critical needs of the ministry. As a result the committee created a program to focus on the critical needs and growth of the ministry.

Building Forward is a strategic program which supports the vision of the ministry and is a critical necessity to enhance the well-being of the ministry.

The purpose of Building Forward is to change the overall culture (operations) of the ministry. Hence, this strategy will help strengthen everyone's walk with God and enhance the overall ministry.

Building Forward will focus on areas such as strengthening the leadership of the ministry, educating leaders and lay members to the vision and operations of the ministry, strengthening the financial viability of the ministry, building stronger community ties and most striving toward the most important commission of all "Building The Kingdom".
